Levent Veziroğlu

Founder and former CEO of d.ream, the management group behind acclaimed international restaurants including Nusr- Et Steakhouse aka Saltbae, Zuma and Roka. Levent Veziroglu has assumed various positions in public and international institutions, including executive board member of the IMF, before joining Dogus Holding in 2008. He has always had close relationship with gastronomy and has taken part in various hotel and restaurant businesses.

 

During his tenure at Dogus Holding’s d.ream, Veziroglu has founded the food and beverage business for the conglomerate group and orchestrated the operations of more than 200 restaurants in 14 countries.

 

Levent’s background in financial industries combined with the exhaustive management experience in the hospitality sector yields a great resource for establishing brands’ growth strategy.

Yasemin Cerit Doğan

Starting her career in the Heineken Company, Yasemin served in various sales and marketing roles in London, Amsterdam and New York before returning back to Turkey to pursue her career in the hospitality and entertainment industry.

 

Having vast experience in the marketing of brands in hotels, restaurants and cafes, in 2013, she joined d.ream to do the marketing of new restaurants. Yasemin then served as Business Development Manager, responsible for all growth projects, including new partnerships, restaurant openings and concept development projects within the 200+ restaurants system across 14 countries.

 

Yasemin’s expertise in new trends and new concepts across international markets provides a fresh creative approach. More importantly her local and international knowledge provides clear guidance on implementing the creativity in real life.
